Aqara Roller Shade Driver E1 – an innovative and highly affordable solution for anyone who wants to automate existing roller shades, vertical or horizontal blinds without changing the curtain rod. The device is a compact surface-mounted unit with a built-in electric motor. It attaches to the wall or window slope, and the original control chain (plastic or metal) is threaded inside the mechanism. Forget complicated installation work and wiring – make your shades smart in just a few minutes.
E1 driver benefits and features:
Hassle-free installation: No need to take the shade apart, chase the walls or run electrical wiring. Simply fix the device with 3M double-sided tape or screws (included) so that the shade chain is taut.
Full autonomy (up to 2 months): The device has a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. The energy-efficient board delivers up to 2 months of operation on a single charge. Charging is via a modern USB Type-C port, and the device can also run continuously if it is permanently connected to power.
Universal interchangeable gears: The package includes 4 types of gear wheels with different tooth pitches. This ensures perfect compatibility with almost any type of control chain (with beads/balls of different diameters from 3 to 6 mm), as well as with smooth cords.
Precise positioning and percentages: After a quick calibration of the end points (top/bottom), you can open and close the shades to any percentage you need (for example, "open 25% at noon").
Zigbee 3.0 ecosystem and automation: Works over the fast and stable Zigbee 3.0 protocol via the Aqara hub. Set up automatic closing of the shades when you leave home or opening with an alarm. Fully compatible with Yandex with Alisa, Apple Home, Google Home and Matter-enabled equipment (via a compatible hub).

How online payment works
After placing your order, you are taken to the secure page of the payment system, where you enter your card details. If your card is enrolled in 3D-Secure, the bank will request a confirmation code. Card details are not passed to the website: the payment is processed on the bank's side under the PCI DSS standard, and the connection is encrypted.
After payment, the order appears in your personal account, and a manager will contact you to confirm the order contents and delivery.
