Warranty
All equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; the warranty period is stated in the product documents. Warranty service is provided through ELEVE as the official distributor of Aqara, Sonoff, Moes and Yeelight. Please keep your receipt or invoice when contacting us.
Order cancellation
The customer may cancel an order in full or in part until shipment is confirmed. To cancel, contact us by any convenient method and provide your order number.
Exchange and return of products in good condition
Within 10 days of receiving a non-food product in good condition, it can be exchanged for a similar one, provided it has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals and tags are intact, and proof of purchase is available. The exception is products that cannot be exchanged or returned under the law. If the product needed for the exchange is out of stock, the customer may return the product and receive a refund of the amount paid.
Defective products
If a defect is found in the product, the customer may choose to request a replacement, a repair, or to reject the product and get a refund in accordance with the law. To do so, contact us and describe the problem.
Refunds and costs
- The refund method is agreed upon by both parties.
- When returning a product in good condition, the customer covers the delivery costs; for a defective product, the seller covers them.
Claims
- After the order has been accepted and the documents signed, claims are accepted only for product defects.
- In case of a dispute over the causes of defects, the seller may arrange an expert examination; if it shows that the defects were caused by the customer, the customer reimburses its cost.
- The seller is responsible for defects and damage, except those caused by the customer.
The liability of the parties is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
