Privacy Policy

This Policy defines what personal data ELEVE Private Enterprise (hereinafter – the "Company", "we") collects on the eleve.uz website, in the B2B portal, and when you contact us by phone, in messengers, or at the showroom, why we need it, how it is protected, and what rights visitors and customers have. The Policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (ZRU-547 of 02.07.2019) and the Law "On Consumer Rights Protection".

By using the website, placing an order, or submitting a request or call, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not provide us with your data.

What data we collect

• Contact details – name, phone number, email address, company name and position (for partners).
• Order data – delivery address, order contents and amount, selected payment and delivery method, purchase history, correspondence about the order.
• B2B partner data – company details, TIN, contact person, price category, turnover and order history in the portal.
• Technical data – IP address, device and browser type, pages you visited, referral source, cookies, and analytics system identifiers.

We do not collect bank card data: online payment is processed on the secure page of a payment provider, which is solely responsible for the security of payment information. We do not request or process special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.).

Why we process data

• Receiving, confirming, paying for, and delivering orders, and preparing warranty and return documents.
• Responding to requests and questions, advising on equipment selection, estimating and dispatching an engineer to the site.
• Operating the B2B portal: access to partner prices, stock, orders, and price lists.
• Order status notifications by SMS, in messengers, and by email.
• Newsletters about new products and promotions – only with your separate consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Improving the website: analyzing traffic, navigation convenience, and catalog performance.
• Complying with legal requirements, including accounting and tax records.

Legal basis

We process data based on your consent (a checkbox in a form, placing an order), to perform a sales contract or provide services, and when required by law. You can withdraw your consent by writing to us at info@eleve.uz; after withdrawal, we stop processing, except where data retention is required by law (for example, order and payment documents).

Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for their own purposes. Data is received only by those without whom we cannot fulfill an order or provide a service:

• courier and transport services – name, phone, and address for delivery;
• payment provider – amount and order number for accepting online payment;
• the Company's 1C accounting system and CRM – for processing orders, issuing documents, and communicating with the customer;
• mailing and analytics services (for example, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica) – anonymized technical data and, with your consent, contacts for newsletters;
• government authorities – only upon a lawful request.

We have contracts with all contractors obliging them to keep data confidential and use it only for the stated purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies: essential (cart, portal login, selected language) and analytical (visit statistics, advertising effectiveness). Analytical cookies do not allow us to identify you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but then the cart and portal login may not work properly.

How we protect data

The website runs over the secure HTTPS protocol. Only employees who need access for their work have it, and only through personal accounts. We use access restrictions, backups, and server protection against unauthorized access. If a leak is detected, we will notify affected users and the authorized body within the period established by law.

How long we keep data

Order and payment data is stored for the periods established by accounting legislation. Request and correspondence data – up to 3 years from your last contact. Portal account data – while the account is active, and for 1 more year after deletion. Technical analytics data – up to 26 months. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

• find out what data of yours we process and receive a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate or outdated data;
• request deletion of data or restriction of its processing;
• withdraw consent to processing and unsubscribe from newsletters;
• appeal our actions to the authorized personal data protection body or in court.

Children

The website and services are intended for persons over 18. We knowingly do not collect children's data; if you believe a child has provided us with data without parental consent, let us know and we will delete it.

Policy changes

We may update the Policy when legislation or our processes change. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last update is indicated below. We will additionally notify registered users of material changes.
