The warranty period is counted from the date the goods are sold to the Buyer, and for goods requiring special installation (connection), – from the date of installation (connection) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4.2. The warranty covers manufacturing (factory) defects and faults that occurred during normal use of the goods due to manufacturing flaws.
4.3. The warranty does not cover faults resulting from:
- Mechanical damage, impacts, drops and external deformation.
- Incorrect connection, installation or use.
- Exceeding the electrical load permitted by the manufacturer.
- Short circuits, voltage surges and other external electrical influences.
- Overheating, melting or burnout of components due to external electrical influences, incorrect connection or overload.
- Exposure to water, moisture, dust and other external factors, if the device is not designed for such conditions.
- Unauthorized opening, repair or modification of the design that caused the fault.
- Incorrect setup or use of incompatible software, if this caused the fault.
- Natural wear and tear.
4.4. If a device has burned out, melted or shows signs of thermal damage, an inspection is carried out to determine the cause of the fault.
If it is established that the damage resulted from a short circuit, voltage surge, overload, incorrect connection or other external factors, the case is not recognized as a warranty case.
If the cause of the fault is a manufacturing defect, warranty obligations remain in force.
4.5. The presence of external damage or signs of tampering does not in itself constitute grounds for denying the warranty if it is unrelated to the reported fault.
4.6. Warranty obligations are fulfilled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5. Warranty claim procedure
5.1. Warranty claims are accepted in person at the ELEVE showroom or via Telegram at @serviseleveuz.
5.2. When submitting a claim, the Buyer hands the goods over to an ELEVE manager and provides a document confirming the purchase or other information that establishes the fact of purchase.
5.3. The manager draws up a goods acceptance document stating the date of the claim, model, serial number (if any), completeness, external condition and the reported fault. The Buyer receives confirmation that the goods have been accepted.
5.4. ELEVE inspects the goods to determine the nature and cause of the fault. The planned period for the initial review of a claim is up to 10 calendar days.
5.5. If additional diagnostics or a manufacturer's check is required, or if there is a large number of claims, ELEVE notifies the Buyer of the reasons for the delay and the expected completion date of the review.
In cases permitted by law, the total internal review period may be up to 30 calendar days.
5.6. These internal deadlines do not change the periods established by law for repair, replacement of goods, refund and satisfaction of the Buyer's other lawful claims. If the law sets a shorter period, that period applies.
5.7. Following the inspection, ELEVE informs the Buyer of its decision. If a warranty case is confirmed, the Buyer's claims are satisfied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
5.8. If the fault resulted from circumstances not covered by warranty obligations, the Buyer is given an appropriate explanation.
5.9. When contacting us via Telegram, the Buyer provides their contact details, the product model, the purchase date, and a description of the detected defect.
5.10. After receiving a request via Telegram, an ELEVE manager clarifies the necessary information and agrees with the Buyer on how the equipment will be handed over for inspection.
5.11. For a warranty inspection, the equipment is delivered to the ELEVE showroom in accordance with clauses 5.2-5.3 of this offer.
5.12. A request via Telegram does not replace handing over the equipment for inspection and does not limit the Buyer's rights under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The deadlines for reviewing requests and satisfying claims are determined by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
