A revolution in home security: smart technology without replacing your old lock
Aqara U200 Kit – a next-generation flagship smart overlay lock, developed with support for the advanced standard Matter. The device mounts on the inside of your door right over the existing mechanical lock (an inserted key or thumb turn). It's the ideal solution for anyone who wants all the benefits of biometric access while keeping the door's look and original keys, without complicated drilling.
Lock benefits and features:
Easy installation (Retrofit): Installation takes no more than 10–15 minutes. The lock simply attaches to the inside of the door and mechanically turns your old key on command. From the outside, the door looks as usual.
Wireless panel included: The Kit includes an external protected panel. It supports instant entry via fingerprint, PIN codes, contactless NFC cards, as well as Apple Home Key technology (one-tap unlocking with iPhone or Apple Watch).
The future with Matter & Thread: The lock runs on the energy-efficient Thread protocol. Thanks to Matter support, it integrates locally and without delay into any ecosystem: Apple Home, Google Home, SmartThings, and Yandex with Alisa.
Quiet and powerful operation: The improved motor easily handles multi-turn locks, providing smooth and quiet locking.
Long battery life: The lock itself runs on a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, while the external keypad panel runs on four AAA batteries. Forget about replacing batteries for up to 6 months.
