A multifunctional device for accurate monitoring of human presence and indoor environmental conditions. The sensor supports two alternative operating modes that you can switch between (both cannot be used at the same time):
Standard mode (mmWave radar + PIR): Works as an ultra-precise presence sensor. The combination of an AI millimeter-wave radar and an infrared sensor detects a person reliably, even if they are sitting completely still, fully eliminating false light shutoffs.
Extended environmental monitoring: Activates the built-in climate sensors. In this mode, the device works as a comprehensive ecosystem sensor, tracking temperature, humidity and light level for detailed automation control (climate, curtains and lighting).
Aqara FP300 – is not just a motion sensor, but a high-tech radar sensor using millimeter-wave (mmWave) technology. Unlike ordinary PIR sensors, the FP300 can recognize even the slightest movements and detect the presence of a person who is simply sitting or reading a book. This lets automation work perfectly: the light never turns off while you are in the room, no matter how still you stay.
Why choose Aqara FP300:
mmWave technology: The sensor reliably detects human presence even with minimal activity (breathing, reading, working at a computer).
Space zoning: You can divide one room into several zones (up to 30) and create individual scenarios for each. For example, the light above the desk turns on when you sit down to work, but stays off when you are in the relaxation area.
Multi-sensor capabilities: The device detects not only presence but also falls, making it an indispensable solution for the safety of elderly people.
No false triggers: The sensor ignores pets, curtains, fans and other objects that cause false light activations in ordinary sensors.
Ecosystem integration: Fully compatible with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa and Home Assistant.
Light level monitoring: The built-in light sensor lets you use the FP2 to set up scenarios based on the brightness level in the room.
