The device is a modular system that includes the SPM-Main Unit control unit and SPM-4Relay relay modules. The control unit handles communication with the eWeLink app and coordinates up to 32 SPM-4Relay modules connected via the RS-485 interface. The system is designed for DIN rail mounting, which is convenient for use in distribution boards and electrical installations.

Each SPM-4Relay module has four independent channels with a maximum load of up to 20 A per channel, for a total of up to 80 A per module. All channels operate autonomously and are configured separately, without affecting each other.

The device lets you track power consumption for each channel and saves statistics to an SD card inserted into a dedicated slot on the housing. Data is recorded daily and stored for 180 days. Channels are numbered starting from “0”, so with one SPM-4Relay module the archive shows channels 0 to 3. Data collection is supported even without an internet connection. You can view current consumption in the “Current” tab, while daily statistics and charts are available in the “History” tab. Real-time display is not available, but you can refresh the data manually by switching between tabs.

The device does not support sharing access with other users and cannot be moved between different “Homes” in the eWeLink app – only within the same “Home”.

For added safety, you can set individual current thresholds for each channel. If a threshold is exceeded, the channel switches off automatically, preventing overload and protecting connected devices. The device can be used in automation scenarios both as a trigger (channel state) and as an actuator (turning a channel on/off).

When installed in premises with a three-phase power supply, the device lets you distribute the load across phases, control each phase separately, and keep separate consumption statistics for each line.
