Motion sensor P1 detects human movement and ambient lighting conditions. If people move in the detection area or the ambient light level changes, the motion sensor will send a notification to the Aqara Home application through the connected Aqara ZigBee 3.0 hub or other devices.

Configurable detection timeout

Finally, detection timeout can be adjusted without hardware modification. Simply set any time from 1 to 200 seconds, confirm by pressing a button on the device, and the P1 will no longer freeze for a minute like before. (Please note: Reducing detection latency will result in shorter battery life.)

Thanks to energy-saving technologies and advanced batteries, the P1 motion sensor can now achieve a record battery life of five years, making it last long even in the event of ultra-cold temperatures or lightning-fast detection failures.

Field of view 170°

Ultra-wide viewing angle: 170° at a distance of up to 2 meters and 150° at a distance of up to 7 meters. What's more, thanks to the versatile 360-degree viewing angle stand, you can adjust the viewing angle so that the camera only captures movement in the desired area (for example, near the bed or sink).

Adjustable sensitivity

The user can adjust the sensitivity of the sensor. Three sensitivity modes (high, medium and low) determine the distance at which the sensor is triggered, which helps reduce false alarms and makes installation more flexible.

Built-in light sensor

The P1's built-in light sensor allows for more precise lighting control. For example, turn on the lights only in the dark and when motion is detected to save energy and extend the life of the lamps.
